You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are the authorized owner of the contact information provided. You agree not to use the Site for fraudulent purposes or to submit "fake" leads.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqualand-Pools.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

- NO AGENCY: We do not act as an agent for any Pro or User. Any agreement for services is strictly between the User and the Pro.
By submitting your phone number and contact information, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by Aqualand-Pools.com and its affiliated Pros via telephone, SMS/MMS (including automated dialing systems and pre-recorded messages), and email.
- This consent applies even if your number is on a federal or state "Do Not Call" registry.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
